a. Executive (Human Resource)
- A candidate should have an MBA with specialization in HRD/HRM & Personnel Management with a minimum of 60% marks or PG degree in Labour Welfare/International Relations or Min. 2 years full-time PG Diploma in Labour Welfare/IR.
- Maximum age limit (General/EWS candidates) – 30 years as of 01-01-2019.
- Upper age limit for OBC (NCL) candidates is 33 years.
- Upper age limit for SC/ST candidates is 35 years.
- Upper age limit for PWD candidates is 40 years.
Note: The Students in the final semester of the Master’s course can also apply for this position. But the students must be able to show the detailed mark sheets and PG completion certificate with a minimum of 60% on or before 31.07.2019.
b. Executive (Public Relations Officer)
- A candidate should have Post Graduate Degree/minimum 2 years diploma in Public Relations/Journalism/Mass Communication with minimum 60% marks.

Selection Process
It is a two-stage process.
Stage I: Appear for UGC NET June 2019. Performance in written exam will decide the candidate’s selection for Stage II.
Stage II: Interview/Qualification conducted by ONGC Management.

Salary
- The selected candidates will be selected on the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000/- with an increment of 3% per year. All the other facilities/allowances like Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, Medical Facility etc. will be provided as per Company rules.
