Essential Qualifications: Candidates must possess a degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce and a degree/ diploma in Industrial Relations & Personal Management or Labour Welfare/ Labour Law or M.B.A (H.R.D) or Human Resource Management

Age limit: Candidates should be between 21 to 32 years old as on 01.01.2015. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC, ST and women candidates.
