The Odisha Police has released an official recruitment notification online through its official website. The official recruitment was released online to fill a total of 101 vacancies for the posts of Gurkha Sepoys in the 2nd OSAP Battalion and 5th OSAP Battalion. The application process for recruitment is offline. The eligible candidates should submit the application form along with the required documents in the prescribed format on or before October 31, 2019.
According to the official recruitment notification, the applications received after October 31, 2019, and the incomplete applications will not be considered valid by the recruiting authorities.
The recruitment test is scheduled to be conducted on November 8, 2019, at the Parade ground of the OSAP 2nd Battalion, Jharsuguda. Candidates appearing for the examination are advised by the Odisha Police to reach the venue by 7 AM on the day of the recruitment test. Candidates qualifying the recruitment test on November 8, 2019, will be called upon for the next round of selection, i.e., Viva Voice.
