Navodya Vidylaya Samiti (NVS) had, earlier this year, notified of a total of 2370 vacancies to fill up the positions of Post-graduate Teachers (PGT), Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Staff Nurse, Assistant Commissioner, Catering Assistant, Legal Assistant etc. The examinations for these teaching and non-teaching jobs will take place from 16th – 20th September, 2019. The admit card for the exam is now available on the official website of Navodya Vidylaya Samiti.
While the registration for the exam ended in the month of August, this year, the admit card was released on 7th September. The candidates must downloaded the admit card as soon as possible before the examination.
Here are simple guidelines for downloading the admit card in a systematic and hassle free manner. The candidates must follow these steps –
1. Open the official website
The admit card for the NVS TGT, PGT examination will be available easily and reliably on the official website of Navodya Vidylaya Samiti. Their official website is www.navodya.gov.in

2. Open the menu
On the home page of the official website of NVS, you will find a menu on the top-left corner. Open the menu to view the various tabs available.
3. Click the correct tab
The menu of NVS has a ‘Recruitment’ tab. This tab provides all the recruitment details of NVS and other information like applications, syllabus of examination cards and admit cards.
4. Click the relevant option
The Recruitment tab offers various options. Since you are currently on the pursuit of your admit card, click on the option that states ‘Admit Cards’ in the drop down menu.
5. Find the title
This page organises all the admit cards for upcoming examinations according to various titles. You need to find the title that states, “Click here to download E-Admit Card (CBT) for the posts of AC, PGTs, TGTs, LA, Staff Nurse, Cat.Asstt. and LDCs under DR-July 2019” Press on this download option.
6. Candidate login
Once you press the download option near the title, you will be redirected to a page for candidate login. You have to fill in your personal and exclusive details over here to be able to access your admit card. The page asks for a User ID and a password.
7. Download the Admit Card
After filling the details, press Login. Your admit card will now be available to you on your screen. Download your admit card on your device and save it in a PDF format.
8. Take a printout
Don’t forget to take a printout of your admit card after you have saved it. This will serve you for future use and can be carried to the examination centre.
