After imparting free coaching to meritorious but poor engineering candidates from the twin states of Bihar and Jharkhand, Anand Kumar’s ‘Super 30’ will take aspirants from Uttar Pradesh under its tutelage now. Super 30 has partnered with the Uttar Pradesh State Government to mentor economically deprived IIT-JEE aspirants and prepare them to clear the tough entrance exam for securing admission in the country’s premier technical institutions.
Those desirous of securing a seat in Kumar’s Super 30 will have to clear the entrance examination which will be held on June 19, 2016. Confirming the news, Kumar told Pagalguy that Super 30 will train those who clear the Super 30 entrance exam.
The Uttar Pradesh Education Department has proposed conducting the entrance test at 11 centres across the state, including Lucknow, Allahabad, Gorakhpur, Bareilly, Jhansi, Kanpur, Agra, Moradabad and Azamgarh.
“Different question paper will be prepared for aspirants who have cleared matriculation and higher secondary. The paper will consist of 30 questions. We have yet not decided the number of candidates to be selected from the state. But those who make the cut will be provided coaching at our centre in Patna, Bihar. Their stay and accommodation will be free,” said, an official of the Super 30.
JEE Advanced Result is expected to be out on June 12, 2016, and Team Super 30 is hopeful of a perfect 30 on 30 this time around as well.
