Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai released its final results around 10 pm on Friday, March 16 2012 post the group discussion and interview rounds.
“The candidates are required to feed their Narsee Monjee Management Aptitude Test (NMAT) ID and the date of birth in order to obtain their scorecard which contains the merit number and the status of the candidature, as per the candidate’s preference,” said Varsha Parab, in-charge registrar of NMIMS.
“We have a composite merit list which looks into the score and preference, and therefore NMIMS does not have the concept of a single topper, and in any case, such data is confidential. As of now, we have released the results and not analysed the demographics either,” she stated.
The result link had faced technical glitches and led some students to complain about the same to NMIMS. According to Parab, it might have been a temporary load-balancing issue.
“The result viewing experience was not too good, as is usually the case in most entrance exam results. I could not access the result webpage for two hours after they were declared,” Gaurav Jakhotia, an NMIMS hopeful told PaGaLGuY.
The academic session for the 2012-2014 full-time MBA programme is slated to begin in the second week of June.
