As a run up to the International Management Conference, NICOM 2009, a pre-conference workshop will be held for the participants on January 7, 2009. The two workshops will include sessions on aInfluence without Authoritya by Prof Allen Cohen who is the Edward A Madden Distinguished Professor of Global Leadership, Babson College, USA and a workshop on aStress Managementa by Dr DM Pestonjee, Ex-Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
The stress management session will cover topics such as understanding the stress process and will get the participants acquainted with medicational and meditational interventions for stress management.
