The National Institute of Open Schooling has announced that the supplementary examination for the Diplomo In Elementary education will be conducted in January 2020. The news was released long back and the interested candidates were asked to send in the online application form from October 16, 2019 onwards. The National Institute of Open Schooling has announced today that the last day to apply for the examination will be on October 31, 2019.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO APPLY ONLINE
The following steps must be followed to apply for the examination
- The candidates have to visit the official website of the National Institute of Open Schooling Diplomo in Elementary Education, dled.nios.ac.in
- The link which reads, Online application submission for D.El.Ed should be clicked.
- The link will take the candidates the to a new page.
- In the new page several information about the candidates will be asked and all the information has to be filled in without any blunders.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The candidates who are willing to apply for the supplementary examination should have the following eligibility criteria
- The candidates must have completed his/her UG degree from any recognized university or institution.
- The candidates who have no experience in the area of teaching will be qualified only if they have done their schoolings from a CBSE school with an aggregate of 50 %.
- The candidates who are willing to teach in the area of science must have a degree in B Sc or M Sc from any recognized college or universities.
- Only the candidates with Indian Citizenship can apply.
