The date sheet for the Diploma in Elementary Education (DEIEd) and other Vocational courses examinations of the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has released online. The semester examinations for the subject code 501-509/510 are scheduled to be conducted from November 5 to November 28, 2019. Students appearing for the examinations can expect the admit card for the same to be released online through the official website of the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).
As per the official examination schedule, the first exam will be conducted on November 5, 2019, for the subjects E typewriting for several languages and Business Environment. The examinations will be held in afternoon shifts, and the timings for the same are from 02:30 pm to 04:00 pm.
The examination schedule comprises important dates and information of the Diploma in Elementary Education (DEIEd) and other Vocational courses such as the time and date of the examination, subject, and subject code in a PDF format. The admit card for the same is expected to be released a week before the examinations begin.
Along with the examination schedule, an official notification was released online by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) related to the postponing of the Diploma in Elementary Education (DEIEd) examination schedule. Earlier the Diploma in Elementary Education (DEIEd) were scheduled to be conducted in the last week of October 2019.

As the Assembly Elections are held from October 21, 2019, the examinations have been postponed to be held from the first week of November 2019. However, the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has not made any changes to the examination centers and the examination time as well. The above-mentioned changes of the examination dates have been made only for the subjects Science and Technology and Economics.
