The Railway Recruitment Board has released Answer Key for RRB JE 2019. The answer key is published with the marking scheme. Candidates can check it to verify their results. For verifying, we should know the negative marking scheme.
For RRB JE computer-based exam, marking scheme is very simple.
Marking Scheme for CBT-1:
| Correct Answer | 1 mark |
| Incorrect answer | Negative 1/3 mark |
| Unattended or missed question | No mark is added or deducted |
| Total marks obtained | 100 marks |
The score prediction can be made with the help of the official website. Candidates can go to the official website, http://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/ to check and predict their scores.
Steps to check RRB JE 2019 negative marking:
- Visit the official website, as mentioned above.
- Click on “Answer key 2019” link.
- Enter the required credentials.
- Check the answer key.
- Predict your score by entering the login credentials.
The dashboard to download answer key will have questions, question id, answer, answer id, answer selected by the candidate with the id. If there is a green tick with respect to your answer, add one mark and if there is a red cross with respect to your answer deduct 1/3 marks. Once this process is repeated for all the answer, you will get to know your predicted score.
Candidates can object in case of any discrepancy by paying an objection fee of Rs. 50. The objection fee can be paid online. The predicted score is tentative, and the actual marks will be declared in few days.
