The online application process for the National Entrance cum Eligibility Test (NEET) for Post-Graduation (PG) 2020 has begun today. The test is conducted to assess the eligibility of candidates seeking admission into various PG Diploma/ MD/ MS courses across various private medical colleges and universities in India.
Based on their performance in the test, candidates will be admitted into various medical colleges depending on their scores and other factors. The link for the online application form has been activated at 03:00 pm today by the National Board of Examinations which is responsible for organizing the NEET PG 2020. Aspiring and interested candidates can now visit the official website of the National Board of Education.

The online application process for NEET (National Entrance cum Eligibility Test) PG 2020 will be held from November 1 to November 21, 2019. Candidates should note that the link for online application of the examination will be deactivated post 11:59 pm on November 21, 2019. Therefore candidates are advised to submit their online applications well in advance before the deadline as high traffic can be expected on the website on the last date of the online application procedure.
The examination will be a computer-based test (CBT) and is scheduled to be conducted on January 5, 2020, by the National Board of Education (NBE). The results for the same will be released online through the official website of the NBE on January 31, 2020.
The examination fee for the candidates belonging to General, OBC categories id Rs 3750 whereas the candidates belonging to SC, ST and PWD categories shall pay an examination fee of Rs 2750. Candidates should note that the examination fee has to be paid at the time of submission of the online application form through any of the available online modes only.
Candidates can either choose to pay using Net Banking, Debit Cards or Credit Cards.
NEET PG 2020: How to apply online
The candidates interested in pursuing PG Diploma/ MD/ MS across various medical colleges in India can now apply for the NEET PG 2020 examination that is scheduled to be conducted on January 5, 2020, by the NBE. The stepwise instructions to apply online for the test are mentioned below.
Step 1: Visit the official website of the National Board of Education (NBE): nbe.edu.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link ‘Online Application for NEET PG 2020 January’
Step 3: Once you have clicked on the link, you will be redirected to a registration webpage
Step 4: Register on the website by providing the required basic information and click on ‘submit’ to obtain a user ID and password
Step 5: The User ID and password will be sent via Email and SMS
Step 6: Log in using the User ID and password
Step 7: Once logged in, fill the online application form with accurate information
Step 8: Upload the scanned copies of the required images and signature
Step 9: Once done, select the examination city
Step 10: Pay the examination through the preferred mode, once done, a preview of the completed application form with transaction Id will be displayed on the screen, download and print it for further use
