It may be recalled that CBSE had published the OMR only as recently as June 13, thanks to the legal tussle in various courts across India. The CBSE had then moved the Supreme Court demanding its intervention in the matter and initiating its transfer from the Madras and Gujarat High Court to the Supreme Court. The apex court finally directed that the NEET results had be released before June 26, 2017.
