Several important announcements have been made on World Youth Skills Day and the 4th anniversary of Skill India. Many dignitaries were expressing enthusiasm towards the Skill India mission. Skill India has the mainstream motive to empower youth for the employability. It has been helping the youths across the country. It focuses on understanding the views and ideas of the youths. Several recommendations were taken into consideration.
A team of 48 members were created to represent the country at the World Skills International Competition, which is to be held in Kazan, Russia from 22nd August 2019 to 28th August 2019. These young Indian are of not more than 23 years. The event also witnessed the launch of many programmes.
