A job notification has now been uploaded for the posts of Finance Assistant, Accountant, Procedure Assistant and multiple vacancies. The official notification was published on 8th of November 2019. Those candidates who meet the criteria can go ahead and apply for the posts. The last date to apply online is on the 18th of November 2019.
There are in total 13 vacancies for various posts. The qualification for the candidates can be given as follows:
- Finance Assistant: Any graduation or B.com. with an experience of 3 to 5 years of experience in state accounts cadre/ organized accounts of Government of India. Knowledge of computer operating is essential. Preference will be given to the experienced candidates who have knowledge of Tally ERP-9.
- Deputy Director (CST): University degree in Medicine/ Nursing / Masters or diploma in public health or health management / masters in social work or in any other relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Deputy Director (ICTC): MBBs with PG degree/ Diploma in community medicine/ PSM/ Community Health Administration or equivalent in public health fields with a minimum of 2 years’ experience after MBBs including PG degree or Diploma duration.
- Procurement Assistant: B. Com. With 5 years of experience, preferably in skills procurement. Knowledge of computer operating is essential having passed 30 wpm typewriting in Marathi and English. 3 to 4 years’ experience in relevant field.
- M&E Officer: master in demography/ statistics/ population sciences/ computer Applications with 3 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation and data management in public health programmes. Good knowledge of computers, including MS office package.
The salary for the post of Finance Assistant/ Accountant is Rs. 17, 000 per month.
The salary for Procurement Assistant is the same as that of Financial Assistant
The salary for the post of M&E will be Rs. 25000 per month.

Some of the general instruction to be kept in mind:
- Candidates who have been terminated based on poor performance and candidates who are retired from Government Services and against whom disciplinary action is taken will not be eligible for the above posts.
- Project director, MSACS, Mumbai reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process, modify the number of posts, relax the eligibility criteria, etc.
- Canvassing in any way will lead to disqualification of the concerned candidate.
After the applications are submitted, the higher officials will go through it and make a list of shortlisted candidates. These candidates will be eligible for the written exam/ interview which will be conducted.
