In a first of its kind, a coaching institute in Kota has celebrated its success in JEE Mains 2016 by going green. Motion Academy has planted 2,194 saplings to match the number of selections from its Institute this year.
The green celebration is a novel attempt to link its success in JEE Mains with the initiative of environment conservation.
As a part of the green drive, the staff of the Institute planted saplings in the park situated in front of the campus. They were also administered an oath for conservation and protection of the saplings.
Nitin Vijay, Director of Motion Academy, told that people should plant trees to celebrate and commemorate an event in their lives. “The plants will remind us of our success and motivate students and faculty members to strive hard to better our record,” he said.
Through this plantation drive, the Institute also aims to send a green message to its staff and students and highlight the importance of trees, which are indispensable for our lives and healthy living.
Three students from the Institute have secured more than 300 marks and six students have scored between 280 and 300 marks in JEE Mains this year.
