Educational qualification:

First Registrar – the candidate should have completed a master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
First Finance Officer – the candidate should have completed a master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
Controller of Examinations – the candidate should have completed a master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.

Pay Matrix:

First Registrar – Level 14 as per the 7^th CPC Pay Matrix.
First Finance Officer – Level 14 as per the 7^th CPC Pay Matrix.
Controller of Examination – Level 14 as per the 7^th CPC Pay Matrix.

Age limit:

First Registrar – not exceeding 57 years.
First Finance Officer – not exceeding 57 years.
Controller of Examination – not exceeding 57 years.

The candidates can apply through the online link available on the website on or before 25^th November 2019. The hard copy of the online application along with self-attested copies of the certificates should reach the following address within 15 days (i.e.10^th December 2019).
