Essential Qualifications: Candidates must have completed a five years regular LLB degree with at least 60% marks from a Govt. recognized university or institute. Candidates must also possess three years of post qualification experience in Secretarial department in a company/ power sector/ public sector and a membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 30 years of age as on 07.08.2015
Remuneration: Rs. 38,500/- per month
