Lets play a game, and the name be CLIMB THE LADDER, just got inspired from the game snakes and ladders. i related the game with my life. Every individual has an objective or an aim in his or her life, and let us assume it as 100 on the board. Though the game is based on pure luck, but the start and the end of the game is wholly and solely related to our real life. When we start our career, which is basically the higher education days, which i feel are quite simple and soothing for all of us, and similarly, when we reach to our aim, we consider it as the most precious moment of our life. Now what comes in between is the real test, how we fight the snakes and climb the ladders. At the end of our higher education, we face the sky-scrapping competition, and at this point of time it becomes important for us to create a competitive advantage within ourselves, which can differentiate us from our competitors. this is indeed the first step of fighting the snakes. even though if we face failure in the first attempt and fall down, instead of loosing hope and confidence, we should learn from the failure, so that we can be prepared for the next time. Off-course hard work will always give you a ladder to climb, and you may skip that snake which made you fell down previously. So it becomes important that with every step we take, we inherit knowledge, and we should never forget that there is no end to learning. ” EVERY EXIT IS AN ENTRY TO SOMETHING NEW”. Now the most important part of it, any individual with more amount of failures will be having a knowledge of many other possibilities of doing a task, so at each step of our career we should be ready and eager to learn and explore new things. It is important for us to understand that there is no shortcut available that will take you to 100 directly from scratch, i.e. 1, but yes life can easily bring you down from 99 to 1. Be patient; be prepared to face challenges and the most important hunger for knowledge. These few aspects can make our career adventurous and successful. I am sailing on this boat, and feeling the waves around me. You won’t believe, i am playing with snakes these days, and ladders have become my best friends. All the best to all the readers and the ones who are seeking to take their careers to some greater heights.Wish you all luck for you successful careers ahead. Cheers!!
