The police department in Karnataka has just started their recruitment process, and the recruitment is being done for the post of Special Reserve Sub Inspectors. The last date to apply for the Sub Inspector post is on August 28, 2019. Since there is only 40 post vacant out of all the applications, only 40 candidates will be recruited for Sub Inspector post.

Eligibility Criteria:
In order to apply for the post of Sub Inspector, the candidates should make sure that they fulfil the following eligibility criteria.
Educational Qualification:
The candidate must be having a graduation from any of discipline with a minimum of 50%. The graduation can be both Under Graduation or Post Graduation.
Physical Fitness:
Physical fitness is very important for the Police force; therefore, the candidate must be well built and muscular. The minimum height eligibility for the male candidate is 165 cm, and for the male candidates who belong to SC it is 160 cm. In the case of female candidates, the height eligibility is 150 cm. If the candidate belongs to SC or ST or OBC category, then the height eligibility is 145 cm. The candidates who fulfil these criteria are eligible to apply.
Only the candidate between the age group 21 to 35 is eligible to apply for the post of Sub Inspector. The monthly salary of a Sub Inspector of Police will be around 10000 to 35000.
