Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has released an official notification for the recruitment of Block Supply Officer, Assistant Branch Officer and Other Posts. The recruitment drive is expected to fill up 1140 vacancies across various departments in the State Government.
Aspiring candidates have to qualify in the Jharkhand General Graduate level combined competitive Examination (JGGLCCE) to be eligible for the recruitment drive. Aspiring and interested candidates can apply for the recruitment online through the official website of the JSSC: jssc.nic.in.
The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has released the official notification for the recruitment on September 13, 2019. The last date to apply for the posts online through the official website of the JSSC is October 17, 2019.
According to the official notification issued by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission, a total of 1140 vacancies are to be filled for various posts of Assistant Branch Officer, Block Welfare Officer, Cooperative Extension Officer, Planning Assistant, Block Supply Officer, Sub-Divisional inspector-cum-Law.
The online registration for all the posts will commence from September 18, 2019. The details about the examination dates and the results will be released online by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission. Aspiring candidates with the required eligibility criteria can apply online for the desired posts through the official website of the JSSC: jssc.nic.in.
JSSC 2019: Vacancies
As per the official notice, the total vacancies for the JSSC 2019 recruitment are 1140 across various posts. The post wise number of vacancies are mentioned below.
- A total of 362 vacancies for the post of Assistant Branch officer.
- A total of 233 vacancies for the post of Block Supply officer.
- A total of 139 vacancies for the post of Block welfare officer.
- A total of 170 vacancies for the post of Sub-Divisional inspector-cum-Law.
- A total of 241 vacancies for the post of Co-Operative Extension officer.
- A total of 5 vacancies for the post of Planning Assistant.

Step 2: On the homepage, find and click on the link ‘Online Application for JGGLCCE-2019’.
Step 3: Register on the website by entering the required personal details.
Step 4: Upon registration, a unique registration number and password will be sent via email and SMS, save it fur further use.
Step 5: Login using the registration number and password.
Step 6: Once logged in, fill the form with the required information and submit.
Step 7: Upload the required images and scanned copies of the required documents.
Step 8: Make the payment for the application fee.
Step 9: Upon successful payment of the fee, a copy of the online application form will be displayed on the screen, download and take a printout for further use.
