The Jharkhand Academic Council was established for holding and conducting examinations at the end of Intermediate, Education, Secondary Education, Sanskrit Education and Madrasa Education and for prescribing courses of studies for such examinations and for recommending for recognition of Intermediate Educational Institutions, High Schools, Sanskrit Schools and Madrasas to the State Government and for carrying out such other or duties assigned to the council by the State Govt from time to time.
The Jharkhand education board has invited candidates for Inter trained primary teacher Bharti positions. The details of these vacancies are as follows :

Remuneration (in Rs. per month) : Selected candidates will be eligible to the pay scale as per the rules of Jharkhand Educational Board.
Maximum age limit (as on 01-08-2015) : Candidate should not be more than 40 years old.
Essential qualification : Candidate must be passed out HSC (12th) with four years of B.L.Ed. degree courses from any recognised college.
Candidates must have passed out the Teacher Eligibility Test.
Method of selection : The selection of the candidates will be based upon the merit.
