The Thomas Schmidheiny Chair of Family Business and Wealth Management at the ISB is the First Research Chair on family business in the country. It conducts research, training and teaching in the area of family business. The Chair is the India partner for a global study on sustaining entrepreneurship across generations in family businesses. It offers courses in family business for the post graduate programme and also conducts executive education programmes.
