A double bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court accepted a writ petition filed by a fresh group of IIM aspirants yesterday. Hearing the petition which asked for a stay on all admissions, the court issued notices to all the IIMs, Prometric and the CAT 2013 committee.
The pleas of the candidates were the same as in other petitions filed in courts across the country – disclosure of raw scores as well as evaluation process.
