Asst. Librarian Master’s in Library Science/ Information Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 (01) Science documentation science or PM + GP Rs. 6000 equivalent with 55% marks minimum
marks or an equivalent grade. Candidates
must have consistently good academic
record and must have knowledge of
computerisation of library.
Must have passed National level test
(e.g. NET) conducted by UGC or any
other test approved by the UGC. However,
Ph.D. candidates are exempted from this
eligibility condition.
2. Semi Professional Bachelor’s degree Rs. 5,200 – 20,200
Assistant (Library) (B.Sc. / B.Com/ B.A. + B. Lib. Science) PM+ GP Rs. 2,800

For post no. 1 – Candidate can be at most 50 years old
For post no. 2 – Candidate can be at most 30 years old
