The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak recently concluded its summer placements for the PGP batch of 2013-15. Here are some highlights:

ACC Concrete (7 offers), Beckton Dickinson (6 offers) and IFB Global (6 offers) were the largest recruiters this year. Like last year, Sales and Marketing was the leading domain which hired 36% of the batch.

Finance: Aviva Life Insurance, ICICI Bank, SEBI etc provided roles in Retail banking and Risk Management.
Marketing: Perfetti Van Melle, Tetrapak and Vedanta offered roles in B2B marketing, Sales and Market Research.
IT: TCS, MPhasis, Arena Multimedia provided roles in Pre-Sales Development, Analytics etc.
Consulting: Roles in Data Analytics and Research were offered by Actuate Business Consulting, Datawise.
Operations: Tata Motors, ABB, and IOCL recruited students for process improvement, budget
reconciliation etc.
General Management: NTPC, Polycab provided generalist roles.
HR: Quatrro, Jet Airways hired for roles in recruitments and policy design.
BFSI: ICICI bank, Aviva etc provided roles in Finance including Retail banking, corporate banking and Sales & Marketing.
FMCG: Perfetti Van Melle India, Tetrapak provided roles in B2B marketing and Sales.
Telecommunication: Idea Aditya Birla, Airtel offered roles in Sales, Market Research etc.
Retail: Future Group hired for roles in Sales & Marketing and General Operations.
Manufacturing: Tata Motors, IOCL offered profiles in IT operations and general operations.
Services: MSL, Jet Airways provided roles in Advertising and HRM.
Infrastructure: ACC and Ashiana Housing hired students for Sales & Marketing and Operations roles.
Healthcare: Roles in B2B Marketing and Business Development were offered by Covidien and BD.
Education: Arena Multimedia, Robotech labs and ELS offered roles in B2B Marketing and Business Development.
