The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur, a prominent B-school in India, is excited to introduce the Advanced Certificate Programme in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation, known as “SWAVALAMBAN Skill to Enterprise Model (STEM).” This 18-month innovative programme, developed in partnership with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), aims to equip 30 early-stage entrepreneurs with the essential skills and knowledge needed to build and scale successful businesses.
Prospective candidates are encouraged to apply for this immersive programme by August 30, 2024, at https://iimr-stem.iimraipur.edu.in/. Interviews with applicants will begin on August 15, 2024.

SWAVALAMBAN is an integrated, blended-curriculum course offering participants top-tier academic and professional mentorship at no cost. It brings together thirty aspiring entrepreneurs seeking practical training, mentoring under industry experts, and exposure to real-time case studies.
The programme offers a wide range of opportunities, including a Blended Learning Experience that combines online and offline modules for a well-rounded education, Practical Training through case studies and exercises, where participants can directly apply their knowledge to their ventures, and one-on-one mentoring from seasoned industry veterans who will guide and support them through the challenges of entrepreneurship. Academic modules will incorporate field experiments, applied projects, and real-world case studies to foster an entrepreneurial mindset.
This uniquely designed curriculum will be led by a distinguished team of experts. Prof. Satyasiba Das, the Programme Director, renowned for his extensive experience in entrepreneurship education, will guide the programme alongside Prof. Saroj Kumar Pani, the Programme Co-Director, who brings deep expertise in venture creation and innovation. Prof. S. Ram Kumar, a Programme Member, will contribute his specialized knowledge in business strategy and development, and Ms. Munmun Panda, the Programme Coordinator, will ensure smooth administration and support throughout the programme.
