Prior to his stint at IIM-K, he was a part of management faculty at National Institute of Technology, Calicut for eight years.

He is also a Management consultant to many public and private sector organizations including Murugappa group, Ministry of Rural development, Government of Kerala, Department of Tourism, Department of Handlooms & Textiles, Kerala University and South Malabar Gramin Bank and is a resource person for executive development programmes of various governmental and corporate bodies. His areas of research interest include supply chain management, IT-enabled business and inclusive growth,” stated TAPMI’s official release.
