In 2008, over 2600 participants from around 80 B-schools and 33 Agricultural Universities across India and abroad participated in the event. Amaethon 2009 will feature participants like Mr Piruz Khambatta, MD and Chairman – Rasna, Mr Ajit Kumar, joint secretary a MFPI and Mr. Praveen Laheri, former chief secretary a State of Gujarat.
