IIFT 2019 is a 2 hours’ objective type pen and paper based exam. Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi prescribes the syllabus of IIFT 2019.There is no separate time allotment for candidates to attempt each section. The number of questions in each section is not fixed. It keeps changing every year.
IIFT exam Syllabus for year 2019 consists of multiple choice objective type questions. There is no specific IIFT syllabus. The major sections of IIFT syllabus includes –
-Verbal Ability
-Reading Comprehension
-General Knowledge & Awareness
-Logical Reasoning
-Data Interpretation
-Quantitative Analysis.
There was a major change in exam syllabus of IIFT exam in 2018. According to the changes IIFT exam will now have 6 sections (earlier it had 4 sections). The number of questions have also been reduced to 114 from 123 in IIFT exam.
Highlights of Changes in IIFT 2019 Syllabus
- The number of sections in IIFT 2019 exam will be 6 till last year there were 4 sections. Number of questions will be high in new sections.
- According to revised IIFT syllabus The Verbal Ability and Reading comprehension will now be separate section. Both of these sections will have their separate cut offs.
- Also, The Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning will also be a separate section with separate cut offs. are also separate sections. Candidates will have to attempt both the sections separately.
- Another important change is the change in number of questions. IIFT exam will now have 114 questions. Earlier there were 123 questions.
