IFMR Graduate School of Business achieved 100% MBA placement in 2023, a new record average pay package of INR 13.50 lakhs per annum, and the highest domestic salary of INR 22.90 lakhs. 16.6% and 22% more than last year. 30 pre-placement offers came from 55 recruiters, including 14 new ones.

IFMR Graduate School of Business successfully achieved 100% placement for all MBA students in 2023, making it an exceptional placement year. The institute set new records with an average salary package of INR 13.50 lakhs per annum, and a domestic highest salary of INR 22.90 lakhs per annum offered during the 2023 placement rounds. This is an impressive increase of 16.6% and 22%, respectively, compared to the previous year. • During IFMR’s placement round of 2023, the highest domestic salary package was INR 22.9 lakhs per annum, a 16.6% increase over INR 19.64 lakhs per annum offered in the 2022 placement.

• The average annual compensation was INR 13.5 lakhs per annum, up by 22% as compared with INR 11.21 lakhs per annum in the prior year’s placement round.

• The median annual compensation was INR 13.10 lakhs per annum, up by 18% as compared with INR 11.09 lakhs per annum in 2022 placements.

• The top 10% average CTC was INR 19.2 lakhs per annum, from INR 14.5 lakhs per annum in 2022. 

• The top 25% average was INR 17.3 lakhs per annum, as compared with INR 13.45 lakhs per annum in the prior year.

• The top 50% average compensation was INR 15.6 lakhs per annum, up from INR 12.40 lakhs per annum in the 2022 placements.
