The institute of banking personnel selection has started to invite application from August 7, 2019. Many banks including the Allahabad bank, Indian Bank, Bank of Baroda, Bank of Maharashtra, Bank of India, Canara Bank, Central Bank, Corporation Bank, Indian overseas bank, Punjab National Bank, UCO Bank, Syndicate Bank participate in the IBPS PO examination. The candidates can get placed in any of the above-mentioned banks across the country. All of these banks have branches across the country, and the posting of the candidate can be anywhere. The candidates are given the opportunity of selecting the location in which they prefer to get placed.
It is very crucial to select the place carefully after making a sound decision because it is where the candidate will be working from then on, and every bank has a different policy of transfer which may make it difficult for the candidate to apply for a transfer after being placed.
