I consume everyone I love.

Well before jumping on conclusion why dont we try to tie some lose ends here.

well see,

our society accepted the “dark passenger” only because we live in age which has so many gray shades for justice. Our sociological structure and perception is passing through a evolutionary phase and soon we will consolidate into an age and thus this elusive and complex institution we have created as society mandates such gray areas, for proper functioning without falling out. So in a way, the “dark passenger” made his way through our hearts only to satiate our mercurial thirst for justice. But “killing” for a greater good has a stigma attached with it. Without any proper justifiable circumstances humans have no right to kill other humans and this is the all encompassing ingrained truth in all the scriptures and religions. although we have capital punishment, as a corrective and perceived deterrent for anti-social elements , which I believe is another reason to conceive that we are still phasing out of our old dogmas and it would take time to consolidate, because, lets face the truth: capital punishment has neither proved a deterrence nor a corrective measure yet. (I will get into this some other day)

Lets say, even if a dark passenger is exorcising society, the stigma is still there in the backdrop. The writers couldn’t have simply allowed dex to live with his self-indignation. After all dex was a psychopath and as a script writer you have a moral obligation and expectation from society, culture and the age we are living in, to do good and be good, TO KILL THE SELF PROCLAIMED EXORCIST.

for me both morgan died that day.. and it was perfect ending if I simply choose to ignore the last scene “dex with an ax” ? which I believe was a deliberate insertion, may be for a sequel or theatrical purposes.
