PGDM -HR (2018-20) students got this golden and enriching opportunity to interact with Mr. Ravish Saily, Sr. VP- Human Resources, Royal Bank of Scotland. Throughout the session, Mr. Ravish came across with getting our students understand that how India being place of Golden Opportunities is changing towards the Job market that would shrink in the coming years and the new job opportunities would grow in future but in a different way.
The students were enlightened and guided successfully about the recent changes in HR in various industries. Simultaneously he also threw light on ‘Growth in the current India’ along with focusing on how banking will be there, but banks will be no more. The Challenges what RBS is facing currently in employee retention and the various employee engagement strategies which the company is driving by analyzing the loopholes and improving on it.
