Smart Achievers Program is an initiative by HDFC Life in association with
Manipal Global to nurture industry leaders of the future by imparting domain
expertise and skill sets in the field of insurance.

Education :
Graduation in any stream
Age : 20 to 30 years
Selection process – The candidates will be
selected by HDFC Life post a round of PI.

Highlights of the Program
i. Guaranteed job at HDFC Life with a fixed salary of Rs. 3
Lakh p.a. on successful course completion with performance based sales
incentives.
ii. Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance from a well
recognized ‘Manipal University’
iii. 4 months of residential classroom training based out of
Manipal’s Campus at Bengaluru or Jaipur with a monthly allowance of Rs 2500/-
iv. Earn a stipend of Rs. 16,000 per month during the
6-month internship plus incentives
v. Course Fee : INR 1,25,000 (Includes Tuition
fee, Lodging and Boarding) plus taxes
vi. Payment can be done in 3 installments (52%,
24%, 24%) – INR 73,034, 33,708 & 33,708 (Including tax)
vii. Preferred location for job posting
viii. Education loan facility available to fund
for the course fees Rs. 1,40,450 (Loan Providers – HDFC Bank)
IX. After successful completion of this course, candidate
will be hired by HDFC Life as ‘Executive Sales Trainee’ at J2 band (one
level above than the entry level front line sales employees)
