Gujarat Subordinate Services Selection Board (GSSSB), which had recently announced several vacancies for Clerk and Office Assistant and has now released the admit card for the same exam on the official website. Admit card is an important document for the examination and candidates must download it at the earliest.
The GSSSB has announced a total of 3,097 vacancies to be filled by this recruitment drive. With exam coming up soon, candidates can download the admit card from the official website of OJAS or Online Jobs and Application System, Gujarat. The admit card has been released on this portal. It is better done earliest because there are several important details on the admit card that are necessary to know before the exam.
Here are the simple steps following which candidates can download their admit card easily –
- Visit the official website
The official website of OJAS is www.ojas.gujrat.gov.in This website is the most authentic source from which the admit card can be downloaded. Candidates are thus advised to refrain from using other links for accessing their admit card.
- Click on the correct link
One the homepage of OJAS, candidates should look for the relevant link that will allow them to download their admit card. The link should be available under the ‘Examination Call Letter’ tab in the right corner of the page. Under this the tab you are looking for the link that should read ‘GSSSB/201819/150 – Clerk & Office Assistant – Class-III’.

Click on the given link. You will be taken to a new page from where the admit card for the exam can be downloaded.
- Fill in your details
On this page, you will be required to fill in your details very carefully. Mistakes will prevent you from accessing the admit card. You will also be required to Select the job for which you had applied. Once done, submit your details.
- Download and save
Upon clicking Submit, your admit card will appear on the screen. Check all the details and download it in a PDF format. Don’t forget to save this document in a secure folder because without the admit card, you will not be able to appear for the exam.
- Take a printout
Once downloaded, candidates are advised to take a printout of the admit card and save it as a hard copy. This is very helpful and can be important for future references.

- Roll number
- Name and Date of Birth
- Photograph and Signature
- Date and Venue of exam
