Like the benevolent family head who guides the younger members, the AMSoM faculty handpicked from the best in the country and comprising former IIM deans, directors and faculty, will provide the participants with an umbrella cover to help face the challenges of this special kind of business. A key feature of this programme is the concept of mentorship wherein each participant will have a member of the faculty as a mentor who will guide them not only for the duration of the programme but even after its completion. In AMSoM, participants will find a richer learning experience, a community of support and a close-knit network of business and personal relationships that lasts a lifetime.
