The Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is a body that has been set up by the Government of India to look into the functioning of the Employee State Insurance or the ESI scheme. The scheme aims to better the social security of employees from financial distress during situations that can affect their health and livelihood.

3. The age of the candidates should be between 37-45 years, depending on the post they are applying for.
