Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER) has released the provisional merit list for admission of medical aspirants in under graduate private medical and dental institutes in the state of Maharashtra. The merit list contains ‘Provisional Merit Number’ along with the All India NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) ranking of the aspirants. With All India NEET ranking of 1406, Sukhada Suyash Patankar has secured the first place in the provisional merit list.
The top 10 ranks of the provisional merit list are held by seven girls and three boys.
Steps to Download the Provisional Merit List
- Candidates need to visit the official website of DMER.
- After visiting the website, they need to go to the ‘Notification’ section.
- There will be an active link ‘Provisional Merit List of NEET-UG-2016 For Private Unaided Medical and Dental Institution’
- Upon clicking the link, the aspirants will be directed to the page where they will get the merit list.
- Candidates must save the pdf file for future reference.
NEET Roll number, CET Cell NEET online application number and category of the aspirants is also mentioned in the provisional merit list. Candidates should cross check their details carefully and report any wrong information to the DMER authorities.
