The Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute, Gujarat has invited applications for the posts of Junior Research Fellows and Project Assistants. The details of the vacancies are as follows:
Junior Research Fellows
No. of vacancies: 02
Essential Qualifications: Candidates must possess an M. Sc. in Botany/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Marine Science/ Marine Biology and should be NET qualified.
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 28 years old. Relaxation in upper age limit is available for candidates from reserved categories as per CSIR norms.
Remuneration: Rs. 16,000 + HRA (as per rules).
Period of contract: valid till the duration of the project.
Project Assistants
No. of vacancies: 03
Essential Qualifications: Candidates must possess a B.Sc. in Botany/ Marine Biotechnology/ Biochemistry with at least 55% marks.
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 25 years old. Relaxation in upper age limit is available for candidates from reserved categories as per CSIR norms.
Remuneration: Rs. 8,000
Period of contract: valid till the duration of the project.
