The last date for the online application of the Common Admission Test (CAT) is on September 18, 2019. MBA aspiring candidates can apply online for the examination if they haven’t already through the official website: iimcat.ac.in. The link for the online application will directly be deactivated after 05:00 pm on September 18, 2019. The Common Aptitude Test (CAT 2019) is organised by the Indian Institute of Management in India. It is a common management entrance examination conducted to assess the eligibility of the candidates to get into business schools and management institutions to pursue MBA.
The CAT 2019 is scheduled to be conducted on November 24, 2019, and the admit cards for the same will be released online through the official website of the organizing Indian Institute of Management (IIM). The online registrations for CAT 2019 have commenced from August 7, 2019. The application fee for the CAT examination is Rs 1900 and for candidates eligible for reservation, the cost of application fee is Rs 950. The application fee for the CAT examination is to be paid through online mode only by using NetBanking, Credit Card, Debit Card.
CAT is a national level computer-based test with three main sections: Verbal ability and reading comprehension, Data interpretation and logical reasoning, Quantitative ability. The total duration of the test will be 3 hours and candidates will be allotted an hour for each section (there is no possibility to switch between sections).
CAT 2019: Eligibility Criteria
Candidate should have completed graduation from a recognised University with an aggregate of at least 50% marks (the required aggregate for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates is 45% marks).
Candidates pursuing the final year of graduation can also apply online for the CAT 2019, however they will need a certificate from the Principal of the University/ College issued on or before the time frame set by the organizing IIM.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the ‘Register’ option to proceed further
Step 3: Enter the required personal information to register
Step 4: Upon registration, login credentials will be sent via email and SMS, save it for further use
Step 5: Log in using the provided credentials and fill in the application form with the required information
Step 6: Upload scanned images of your passport size photograph, signature and all the required documents
Step 7: Make the payment for the application fee through the preferred mode
Step 8: Upon successful payment, a confirmation message will be sent through email and SMS, save it for further use
