Applying to the PGPB 2016 at MISB Bocconi? Here’s What You Need to Know

So, you’ve decided to apply to the PGPB? Congratulations!

While we are eager to welcome you to the MISB Bocconi community, one thing stands in the way: the application. Because we want the process to go as smoothly as possible, we’ve prepared this handy overview of the application process.

Let’s take a closer look at what you should keep in mind when applying to the PGPB (Batch of 2016):

When Can You Apply?

Applications open on the 15th of September. You may be asking yourself why admissions begin so early, and the answer is simple: demand. Last year’s massive influx of applications even after the deadline passed prompted us to accelerate the application cycle.

Applications are reviewed in three rounds, each with their own deadlines. We encourage you to apply as early as possible, and not just because the sooner you apply, the sooner you can claim your place at MISB Bocconi in 2016. Applying early will also help you avoid the last minute rush; leave plenty of time for you to visit the campus, meet students, and even attend a lecture or two; and gain a greater shot at our extensive tuition waiver program.

Worried About Your Test Scores?

With the PGPB, we are focused on you as a whole person, not as a set of test scores. Because of this, we make our application decision based on your comprehensive profile. While you may not have the best scores, we know that you have other strengths and admirable contributions to make to our community. Soft skills, including everything from management experience to leadership potential, are also factored into the application decision. Be sure to check out our requirements in order to fully understand what we’re looking for when selecting PGPB students.

What Are You Waiting For?

The process of applying to the PGPB is simple. Just fill out the online application, and submit it with your application fee. You will also be asked to submit additional documents, including transcripts, a letter of reference, a detailed CV, and other supporting materials. Additionally, a personal interview will be conducted (online, if you prefer). Our streamlined process allows us to make and communicate admissions decisions within four weeks of each round’s deadline.

The PGPB may be the next step toward your promising global business career.

We look forward to hearing from you!
