Department of Women and Child Development has invited applications to recruit Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Helper Posts in several districts of Karnataka like Bagalkot, Koppal, Chitradurga and Ramanagara. Interested and eligible candidates can apply via the official anganwadi website at https://anganwadirecruit.kar.nic.in/. Some of the regions where vacancies were previously announced have crossed their closing date to apply but aspirants can still apply to the Ramanagara region and newly announced regions.The last date to apply for Anganwadi worker and helper posts in Ramanagara region is 14 August 2019.

Educational competence required:
- Anganwadi Helper: Candidates who passed 8th standard or equivalent can apply.
- Anganwadi Worker: Candidates who qualified 10th standard or equivalent from a recognized board can apply.
Aspirants who wish to apply must be at least 18 years of age and not more than 35 years of age.

Aspirants will be selected based on the combined performance in the written test and interview conducted by the department.
New recruitment notification will be published by the Department of Women and Child Development for the post of Lady Supervisor in Anganwadi Recruitment 2019-20, seven vacancies in Anganwadi workforce for the post of Accountant, Project Associate, Technical Consultant will also be officially announced and the application process will soon commence.
