Every year, the Allahabad High Court conducts the UP Higher Judicial Service (HJS) examination in order to recruit for the post of District Judge. This year, the examination was conducted to fill in around 61 seats for the post of District Judge under the Allahabad High Court. Today, the Allahabad High Court has published the modified answer key to the questions in the preliminary round of the UP Higher Judicial Service Exam (Part lll).

The notification for the UP HJS examination was released in August this year, and the preliminary round exam was conducted on the 15th of September. The preliminary exam, which is an objective type exam based on multiple-choice questions is only the first of the three steps involved in the recruitment procedure. The preliminary exam is followed by a main written exam, qualifying which one can make their way to the final interview.

All aspirants who had appeared for the UP HHJS prelim exam on the 15th may now download the modified answer key to the MCQs released by the Allahabad High Court on their official website which is http://www.allahabadhighcourt.in/. Given below are the steps that you may follow to be able to access the answer key easily-

The candidates may match their choices with the correct answers given in the answer key to get an idea of how they have performed in the prelims and whether or not they may qualify for the main exam.

Candidates applying for the UP HJS examination are required to have graduated with a degree in law from any recognized university or college along with 7-year experience of having practised as an advocate. Also, an applicant for the post must be minimum 35 years of age or above while applying, the upper limit is 45 years. The applicant should preferably be a resident of Uttar Pradesh as the posting shall be within the state only.
