Asia-Pacific Institute of Management (AIM), established in 1996 imparts AICTE approved full time and part time PGDM programmes. Specialization is available in the areas of Marketing, International Business, Banking & Financial Services, Human Resources, Operations Management and IT. With its multi-layered industry interface, the institute ensures that students are provided with practical orientation for succeeding in the corporate world. The institute also offers PhD programme in collaboration with Jamia Hamdard University. AIM Ex-PGDM programme is meant for working professionals to acquire professional qualification, for building a fast track career in management. In pursuit of excellence, AIM has many international tie-ups for students and faculty exchange programmes like Grant MacEwan University, Edmonton University, Canada, IDRAC International School of Management, France and many more to come. In 2010-11 academic session, 12 international students from IDRAC International School of Management, France arrived in AIM and 13 students of AIM went to IDRAC under the students exchange programme.

AIM has a strategically located state-of-the-art; Wi-Fi enabled campus in South Delhi. The infrastructural facilities of the institute include air-conditioned classrooms, separate hostels for boys & girls, auditorium, amphitheater, lecture theatres, computer lab, library and cafeteria. The lecture theatres of the institute are well-equipped with LCD, projectors, video and audio systems. The Learning Resource Development Centre is the nerve centre of AIM. The institute takes pride in its state-of-the-art library, infrastructure and resources with reading rooms and access to over 40,000 books; 5,000 journals including online access to ABI/INFORM ProQuest having 5553 online full text journals, ICFAI University Press Journals, Harvard Business Review, Sage Online Journals and over 1,700 Publications on CDs apart from Membership of Online Databases.

AIM has a diverse pool of intellectual capital endowed with rich industry, research and teaching experience. The efforts of core faculty members are supplemented by visiting faculty from leading institutions and organizations. A symbiotic relationship is encouraged between industry and academia through a mutual exchange of practical and theoretical aspects of management knowledge together with supplementation of professional expertise.

AIM has a well-established Centre for Corporate Relations (CCR), which facilitates the students for their career development. The CCR is the hub of activities which drive the 3-Is (Institute-Industry-Interface) initiative. It develops and maintains a close relationship with corporate through guest lectures, corporate get-togethers, industry visits and frequent interaction at both the institute and student level. The CCR provides the necessary guidelines to decide the career paths by counseling, guiding, motivating and mentoring.AIM is well recognized in the industry and has up to 100% placement record since inception, as the students have been placed in major industries with packages in the region of INR 5.812 lacs p.a. Many of the companies have recruited large number of students from the institute. These includes ICICI Bank, Reliance Digital, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Copal Partners, NIIT, Lloyd electrical, VIP Industries, Nestle, Capital IQ, American Express and Reliance Digital and many more.
