The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has notified its 2017 post-graduate candidates who have already registered and want to make changes in their documents to complete the same before October 15, 2016. The candidates, who have been rejected on the basis of wrongly submitted documents such as finger print, wrongly updated image etc. can regularize their application on or before the last date. The registration for AIIMS PG 2017 examination had ended on September 29 and the authorities had given time until October 6 to check the status of application: accepted or rejected with reasons.
The examination authorities sent text messages to candidates who had made mistakes with their photographs and thumb impressions while applying online, instructing them to correct the information before October 15 by visiting the official website.
The application of candidates, who will fail to correct the mistakes before the last date, will stand rejected. The hall ticket/admit card for the AIIMS PG 2017 examination will be made available online on October 24. The online entrance examination will be carried out on November 11 in test centres at 24 cities across the country.
The results of the examination is expected to be out on November 19 and admissions are supposed be completed by February 24, following counselling rounds conducted by the admission authority.
