All India Institute of Medical Sciences has extended the last date for the registration of Open Round Seat Allocation for MBBS 2019 counselling process. Accordingly, the last date to apply for the process of counselling is August 16. The eligible candidates, who have not applied for the same can do it now by visiting the official website of AIIMS MBBS at aiimsexams.org.
The candidates will be required to take a printout of the registration and carry the same to the venue. The eligible candidates should report at 8:30 am on August 20, 2019, at Jawaharlal Auditorium AIIMS, New Delhi. Earlier, the deadline for the application was 13th August 2019.

- Go to the official site of AIIMS MBBS.
- Check for the Important Announcement link and click on it.
- Another window will open where the candidates can register for the counselling process.
The candidates who have appeared for the AIIMS MBBS entrance exams 2019 and qualified it can now register for the counselling process that will end on 16th August at 12 noon. It is important to note that the cutoff of the entrance 2019 is 50% for General category students. For OBC and SC/ST candidates, the minimum cutoff is 45% and 40%, respectively.
The candidates who have secured the minimum cutoff percentage as per the eligibility criteria can apply for the counselling before the deadline. The candidates will not be allowed to attend the Open Counselling without the copy of the registration slip.
For those unaware, the open counselling is conducted for filling up the MBBS seats for the year 2019. The seats have remained vacant even after the third round of counselling. The allocation of the seats will be made on the basis of merit of the candidates in the entrance examination.
