AP PGCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Every entrance examination comes with a set of different eligibility criteria. AP PGCET 2025 also provides a list of different eligibility criteria that the students should follow thoroughly so that they do not face any issues in the process of the entrance examination. AP PGCET 2025 Registration
Before the candidates can sit for the entrance examination they will need to register themselves at the official website of the AP PGCET. It is important for every candidate to register their names on the official website so that they can, later on, get hands on the admit card for the hall ticket and also download the results.
The AP PGECET 2025 application form is expected to be available in the third or fourth week of March 2025. Eligible candidates can complete and submit the application before the deadline. The application process is online and requires candidates to provide personal, contact, and educational details.
The application fees are as follows:
- General and OBC candidates: INR 1200/-
- BC candidates: INR 900/-
- SC/ST candidates: INR 700/-
The application fee can be paid online through APonline services or using a credit card, debit card, or net banking. Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable. Candidates are advised to keep the payment receipt for future reference.
AP PGECET 2025 Application Form Correction
The AP PGECET 2025 application form correction facility will be available after the submission process is complete. The correction window is expected to open in the second week of May 2025. During this period, candidates can make changes or modifications to the details in their application form.
For changes to non-editable details, candidates must send a written request to the conducting authority, including their payment ID, qualifying exam hall ticket number, mobile number, date of birth, and SSC hall ticket number.
AP PGCET 2025 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern of the AP PGCET 2025 varies according to the degree courses the students are willing to pursue. The examination pattern is based on an online test and is totally MCQ objective based. AP PGCET 2025 Admit Card
The admit card for the AP PGCET 2025 is an important document without which the candidates will not be able to appear for the examination. The admit card or hall ticket is the official proof that the candidates have successfully paid the required fee and cleared all other formalities. Without the admit card the candidates are automatically not eligible to sit for the entrance examination. So everyone should be fully aware of this and download the admit card by following these few simple steps.
How to download the admit card? – these are the steps that the students need to follow for online download of admit card or the hall ticket
- The students will need to first visit the official website of the AP PGCET 2025 examination and click on the “Admit Card/Hall Ticket 2025”.
- On this page, the aspirants will need to log into their account which they created during the examination registration.
- The login details like the official name and password which the candidate created during the time of registration needs to be entered.
- Now, the hall ticket or the hall ticket of the respective candidate will be displayed on the screen. The students will be then able to download the admit card for future reference and uses.
AP PGCET 2025 Result
The AP PGECET 2025 result will be published on the official website. To view the result, candidates need to enter their login credentials, including their registration number and password. The result will be available in the form of a scorecard, displaying details such as the candidate’s name, rank, marks obtained, and roll number. Candidates who qualify will be eligible to participate in the counselling process.

AP PGECET 2025 Counselling
Counselling is the final stage of the AP PGECET 2025 admission process. Candidates who qualify for the exam will be eligible to take part in it. The counselling will be organized by APSCHE and will be conducted in three phases, based on the availability of vacant seats and the number of qualified candidates.
The AP PGECET M.Tech counselling process includes registration, choice filling and locking, seat allotment, document verification, and reporting to the assigned colleges. The entire procedure is conducted online. After completing the counselling process, candidates must report to the allocated college and pay the required fee to confirm their seat.
AP PGCET Cutoff
To secure a rank in AP PGECET, candidates must obtain a minimum of 30 out of 120 marks. However, no minimum qualifying marks will be required for SC/ST candidates to achieve a rank. After the AP PGECET results are announced, APSCHE will publish the cutoff marks, which will vary based on the course and institution. Candidates who meet the cutoff and qualify for AP PGECET will be eligible for admission to postgraduate programs in engineering, technology, and pharmacy. The cutoff marks for GATE/GPAT-qualified candidates will differ from those for AP PGECET-qualified candidates.
APSCHE will release the AP PGECET 2025 Merit List online in PDF format, listing candidates who have met the minimum qualifying percentage of 30 marks out of 120. The merit list will also include the course-specific cutoff marks for the AP PGECET exam.
AP PGECET 2025 Cutoff
After the results are announced, APSCHE will publish the AP PGECET 2025 cutoff. The cutoff will differ based on the institution and course. Additionally, the cutoff marks for GATE/GPAT-qualified candidates will be separate from those for PGECET-qualified candidates. Candidates who meet the AP PGECET cutoff will be eligible to participate in the AP PGECET 2025 counselling process.
