The countdown to Prayaag’07 has begun with the launch of events like the SBI Business Plan contest, the Marketing and Finance Paper Presentation Contest, Marketing Research Game, and Enigma – the online games which are scheduled to start from 22 October, 2007. The online games have been developed by the students of the institute themselves. The first lap of the game consists of an Online Treasure Hunt, followed by E-Quiz and Strategy Simulation.
Prayaag’07 brings to you for the first time ‘Samanvay’: The Symposium, where we bring to you eminent speakers from the industry speaking on the theme: India going global in the 21st century. The list of speakers includes:
• Mr. Kewal Handa (CEO, Pfizer India)
• Dr. J.J. Irani (Director, TATA Sons)
• Mr. Sanjay Nayar (Head, Citigroup India)
The highlight of Prayaag’07 is the TATA Kwiz Kraft, which saw participation from over 36 Corporates last year, including the likes of TCS, UTI Bank, Sun Microsystems, JP Morgan and Citibank, to name a few. The crowd puller for the quiz would be Mr. Dhananjay Shettigar, one of the topmost quiz masters in India, and of course the huge amount of cash prizes exceeding Rs.50,000/-.
Prayaag’07 would also see other events like the Equity Research contest, Prayaag Maze, Arbit Presentation, 4P’s Redefined, Management T20 and Advertising Game which would see the top B-Schools vying for the top honours.
