The spot merit list for the SAMS +3 admission 2019 has been released by the Students Academic Management System on September 20, 2019. Candidates applied for the SAMS +3 admission can now check and download the merit list online through the official website of the Students Academic Management System (SAMS): samsodisha.gov.in.
The qualified candidates for the SPOT selection can pay the admission fee online through student’s login and are advised to register at their respective colleges. The registration process for the qualified candidates has commenced from September 20, 2019. The last date for the students to register at their respective colleges is on September 23, 2019, until 5 PM.
Candidates should note that fresh candidates are not eligible to register for the spot admission. The merit list of the candidates is prepared based on the marks and only the qualified candidates are eligible for the registrations. Once the registrations are closed and done, the updated and the final SPOT merit list of the candidates will be released by the Students Academic Management System.
That is scheduled to be declared on September 24, 2019. The last date for the students to register at their respective colleges is on September 23, 2019, and the last date for the payment of the application fee is on September 26, 2019. Candidates must also note that the payment of the application fee should be made only through online mode.

The merit list for the SAMS +3 Degree Admission 2019 has been released on September 20, 2019, by the Students Academic Management System. The qualified candidates are required to register at their respective colleges and pay the application fee online.
Candidates can check the merit list online through the official website of the SAMS (Students Academic Management System) Odisha. The step-wise instructions on how to check and download the merit list are mentioned below.
Step 1: Visit the official website of the SAMS Odisha: samsodisha.gov.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the Degree +3 option to proceed further
Step 3: The link will be redirected to a new webpage of the Higher Education Department
Step 4: On the new webpage, find and click on the link ‘SPOT merit list.’
Step 5: Enter the required details such as Barcode, select the options District, Block, College, Stream from the dropdown menu
Step 6: Once the required details are entered, click on ‘show’ to display the merit list
Step 7: The SAMS +3 Degree SPOT merit list 2019 will be displayed on the screen, check for your name and roll number from the list, if it is mentioned, then you are qualified else vice versa
Step 8: Download the merit list and take a printout for future use
