Bihar Staff Selection Commission has released the official notice on BSSC Stenographer Recruitment 2019 exam date. The notice is available on the BSSC official website in both Hindi as well as English. Candidates who have applied for the exam can access all the details from the BSSC official website, http://bssc.bih.nic.in/. The exam will be held on November 17, 2019, and the admit card will be available in October or November.

The selection of the candidates will be done in two rounds. Round one is a written exam and round two consists of the practical exam.

Only those candidates, who clear the written examination, will be called for the practical exam which is a dictation round (Hindi). The dictation will be given at a speed of 80 words per minute. One minute is given before the dictation test starts after which 20 minutes is allotted for completing the dictation. After this, typing test will be conducted for which the criterion is the speed of 30 words per minute
